The form asks for your entity name, the incoming agent, and a registered office address inside Missouri, and it will not be accepted unless the new agent has signed it or written consent is stapled to it.

Because of that consent requirement, there is only one workable order. Hire the replacement, file the statement, wait for the record to update, then close out at Bizee.
